Freight prepaid at lowest tariff rate on all warehouse shipments of over $3,000.00 based on net amount of order.

WARRANTY

Marathon warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship but limits its obligation under this warranty to replacing defective material. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor any other warranty, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the face hereof. Replacement of defective goods or settlement will be made only upon receipt of buyer’s written notice within 60 days of purchase. Replacement of defective products will be made only after Marathon has the opportunity to inspect the goods. Transportation charges must be prepaid on all returned goods to a point designated by Marathon. Marathon shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or other damages including, but no limited to, loss of profits or damages to any vehicle or any parts thereof. No representative of Marathon has authority to make any representations or promises except as stated herein. The remedies stated herein are the sole and exclusive remedies for any claim or damages in connection with Marathon products. Shock Absorbers: 1 year warranty.

RETURN POLICY

Only merchandise originally purchased directly from Marathon and in a sealable condition is eligible for return, prepaid by the shipper. Written authorization is required. Return amounts are limited to 2% of previous year’s purchases. A re-stocking or rework charge of 15% is applicable or an off-setting order must be placed that is twice de value of the return. The order must accompany with request for credit. Credits taken without supporting credit memorandum will not be recognized. “Special Order” and “Discontinued” items are not eligible for return.

BULK PACKAGING

If requested by a customer, individual set or changes in packaging may cost extra.
